This is a gorgeous sphere of shimmering deep purple anhydrite with a tiny area of green epidote. Purple Angelite is a rare form of the more common Blue Angelite. While it looks very different, it has that deep connection to Benevolent Spirit Guides whether in Angel or other forms.
 
Anhydrite literally means “without water” and chemically is related to angelite. The energy however is quite different, where angelite is soft and serene the purple anhydrite is much more lively, picking you up, yet not buzzing you off the planet. Many of the pieces have unusual combinations of mineral, including blue calcite, orange feldspar, black tourmaline and deep green epidote.
